"I thoroughly enjoyed Jordan's 8 week Self Shift course and received so much gold from it that I've been able to weave into my everyday life. I love that it was both practical and philosophical - so we actually got to implement and practice the concepts being delivered each week. Over the last 16 years I've read so many self help books and done so many courses to support my mind from its anxious and spiralling tendencies - yet in just 8 weeks I had so many new concepts and practices pop up that really changed things for me because I feel like Jordan really gets to the core of an idea and explains it in ways that are so relatable. He really knows what he's talking about and you can see that he's really lived and practiced what he's teaching.
I've had so many big takeaways from this course. One of my favourite things was learning a framework for doing self guided meditation. It makes it so easy for me to implement anywhere, any time and make meditation part of my daily life. The regular meditation is something that has become such an indulgent part of my life now and impacts the rest of my day.
I also appreciate that what Jordan teaches inspires us to live in truth and reality - with the unpredictable ride that life is. We get to see things for what they truly are and experience that fully - which really is such a gamechanger. Throughout my everyday life now I still have unhelpful thoughts and "problems" pop up but I can extinguish them quicker by getting back to truth. It is a gift.

For anybody that is interested in meditation I cannot recommend Jordan's Self Shift course enough! You will get invaluable and digestible insights on how to begin meditation, how to stick with it and how to deepen your own practice with it.
